The Transcend JetRam JM4800ASG-8G is a 8GB DDR5 Unbuffered SO-DIMM module for laptop computers, running at 4800MT/s with CL40 timing. It complies with JEDEC standards and uses true ETT grade, brand-name DRAM chips screened and tested by Transcend.

DDR5 works with two independent 32-bit channels. The low 1.1V operating voltage and the on-module PMIC reduce signal interference and power consumption, and On-die ECC detects and corrects data errors inside the memory chips.
