The Micron MTC40F2046S1RC64BR is a 288-pin RDIMM memory module for servers and workstations, with 64GB of DDR5. It runs at 6400MT/s (PC5-51200) with ECC protection and a register, as required in around-the-clock environments.

It is built in a dual rank x4 organization and runs at 1.1V. RDIMM modules fit only motherboards and servers that support DDR5 RDIMM, and do not work in ordinary desktop computers.
