The Micron MTC40F2046S1RC48BA1 is a 64GB DDR5 Registered (RDIMM) module with ECC error correction for servers and workstations. It runs at 4800MT/s (PC5-38400) with CL40 timing at 1.1V and has 288 pins.

The module uses a 2Rx4 (dual rank) organization. Like every DDR5 module it carries an on-module power management IC (PMIC) and two independent subchannels, and the DRAM chips add on-die ECC on top of the module ECC. The register eases the electrical load on the memory controller in multi-module servers.
