The Samsung M386A8K40CM2-CVF is a 64GB DDR4 Load-Reduced (LRDIMM) module with ECC error correction for servers and workstations. It runs at 2933MT/s (PC4-23400) with CL21 timing at 1.2V and has 288 pins.
