The Samsung M393A8G40AB2-CWE is a 64GB DDR4 registered DIMM (RDIMM) for servers and workstations that support registered memory. It runs at 3200 MT/s, the top speed of the DDR4 standard, on 1.2V and with ECC error correction.

The module uses a dual-rank 2Rx4 layout with 36 memory chips and a 288-pin interface. With 64GB on a single module, a server can reach a large memory capacity even when the number of slots is limited.
