| Revew | Seagate Expansion Desktop STKP24000400 24TB 3.5-inch External Hard Drive USB 3.0The Seagate Expansion Desktop STKP24000400 is a 24TB desktop external hard drive in a 3.5-inch format with a USB 3.0 connection. It adds a large amount of storage to a PC or Mac, lets you consolidate files in one place and frees up space on the computer's internal drive. It is aimed at anyone who accumulates large amounts of files: photos, videos, backups and media libraries. Setup is simple: connect the power supply and the USB cable and the drive is recognised automatically by Windows or macOS, with no software to install, and files are saved by drag-and-drop. The drive connects to the computer over USB 3.0 and is powered by an external power adapter. It works with Windows, macOS and ChromeOS and, according to the manufacturer, also with game consoles such as PlayStation and Xbox. For use with Time Machine on a Mac, reformatting is required.
