SSD Disk Adata Ultimate SU680 256GB AULT-SU680-256GR 2.5"

Adata Ultimate SU680 256GB SSD

The ADATA Ultimate SU680 is a 2.5-inch, 7 mm internal SSD with a SATA 6Gb/s interface that fits almost any laptop or desktop. 3D NAND flash and a fast controller deliver sequential reads of up to 520MB/s and sequential writes of up to 450MB/s, a clear upgrade over a mechanical hard drive.

This model has a capacity of 256GB. SLC caching speeds up writes and ECC error correction protects data integrity. The drive is silent, tougher than a hard drive and supports ADATA SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility for moving your system.
