SSD Adata Ultimate SU680 512GB

The Adata Ultimate SU680 AULT-SU680-512GR is a 512GB 2.5-inch SSD with a SATA 6Gb/s interface. It combines 3D NAND with a high-speed controller and reaches sequential reads of up to 520MB/s and writes of up to 450MB/s.

It is the most noticeable upgrade for an older laptop or desktop with a mechanical hard drive: faster boot, applications that open almost instantly and a quieter system. It connects to any standard SATA port, and Adata Migration Utility helps move the operating system from the old drive.

SLC caching speeds up transfers and ECC error correction protects data integrity. Adata rates the 512GB model for 280TBW, 2,000,000 hours MTBF and 1500G shock resistance.

Key features

• 3D NAND flash - 3D NAND chips deliver higher durability and capacity, and greater reliability than 2D NAND SSDs.
• SLC caching - Part of the flash works as a fast SLC cache that speeds up file reads and writes for smooth everyday performance.
• Advanced error correction - Advanced ECC detects and corrects data errors to keep your information intact over time.
• Tougher, quieter and more reliable than HDDs - No moving parts: 1500G/0.5ms shock resistance, completely silent operation and 2,000,000 hours MTBF.
• SSD Toolbox and Migration Utility - Adata SSD Toolbox monitors the drive status, and Migration Utility easily moves the operating system and files from the old drive.
