Adata XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 2TB SSD

The XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE is an M.2 2280 SSD with a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 support for gaming PCs, laptops and the PS5. The 2TB model delivers sequential reads of up to 7,400MB/s and sequential writes of up to 6,400MB/s, and it is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0.

A slim, heat-resistant aluminum heat sink lowers temperatures by up to 20% according to the manufacturer and keeps the drive suitable for thin devices. The InnoGrit IG5236 controller with DRAM cache and dynamic SLC caching, LDPC error correction, E2E data protection and AES 256-bit encryption keep it fast and protect data integrity.

Key features

• PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe - Sequential reads up to 7,400MB/s and sequential writes up to 6,400MB/s. On a PCIe 3.0 board it runs at up to 3,400/3,000MB/s.
• Aluminum heat sink - A slim heat sink with ridged geometric lines reduces temperatures by up to 20%. It is mounted on the drive following the manufacturer assembly guide.
• Works with PS5 - Fits the PS5 expansion slot to add storage for games.
• DRAM and SLC cache - The InnoGrit IG5236 controller with DRAM cache and dynamic SLC caching boosts video editing, rendering and gaming.
• Reliability and protection - LDPC error correction, E2E data protection, RAID Engine support, AES 256-bit encryption, 1,480TB TBW and an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours.
