Kingston DC600M 3.84TB 2.5" SATA Enterprise SSD

The Kingston DC600M is a 2.5-inch enterprise SSD built for mixed-use workloads in servers and data centers. The 3.84TB model uses 3D TLC NAND, a DRAM cache and a SATA Rev. 3.0 interface at 6Gb/s, with backward compatibility with SATA Rev. 2.0.

It has hardware-based power loss protection and enterprise SMART tools, and reaches sequential speeds of 560MB/s read and 530MB/s write. The DC600ME variant of the series adds encryption, and this model is the version without encryption.

• Consistent SATA performance - Sequential reads of up to 560MB/s and writes of up to 530MB/s, plus up to 94,000 4K random read IOPS and up to 59,000 4K random write IOPS at steady state.
• Power loss protection - Hardware-based power loss protection helps keep data intact when a server loses power suddenly.
• Enterprise write endurance - Endurance of 7,008TBW, equal to 1 DWPD over 5 years, based on the JEDEC enterprise workload (JESD219A).
• Low latency - Typical latency of under 130 microseconds for reads and under 70 microseconds for writes suits mixed server workloads.
• Monitoring and maintenance - Enterprise SMART tools track wear, usage statistics, remaining life and temperature, and the drive supports hot-plug.
• Moderate power draw - Draws 1.30W at idle, 1.45W on average and up to 3.6W at maximum write.
