The 1TB model comes in the M.2 2280 form factor, uses KIOXIA BiCS FLASH QLC memory and reaches up to 10,000MB/s sequential read. The drive uses the NVMe 2.0c protocol, and its product label is designed to help dissipate heat. KIOXIA's SSD Utility software lets you monitor drive health and update the firmware.
