SSD Disk Klevv CRAS C715 512GB K512GM2SP0-C7T M.2 2280

Klevv CRAS C715 512GB SSD

The Klevv CRAS C715 is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD with a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and 3D TLC NAND. The 512GB version delivers sequential reads of up to 3200MB/s and writes of up to 2000MB/s.

The drive is single-sided, 2.5 mm thick and weighs 7 g, so it also suits laptops and mini PCs. Dynamic SLC caching, LDPC ECC error correction, global wear leveling and thermal throttling keep performance stable and extend drive life.

Key features

• PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe - Sequential reads up to 3200MB/s and writes up to 2000MB/s, a big step up from SATA drives.
• Dynamic SLC caching - Intelligent SLC caching boosts read/write speed and endurance.
• LDPC ECC - A fast error correction engine for data integrity and longer life.

• Global wear leveling - Writes are spread evenly across all memory cells to extend drive life.
• Thermal throttling - An advanced algorithm keeps the drive in a safe temperature range under load.
• Slim design - A single-sided 2.5 mm drive that fits laptops and mini PCs.
