Patriot VP4300 Lite 4TB M.2 NVMe SSD

The Patriot Viper VP4300 Lite is an M.2 2280 SSD with a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe 2.0 support. The 4TB version reaches sequential reads of up to 7,400MB/s and sequential writes of up to 6,000MB/s, with an endurance rating of 2000TB written (TBW).

The drive has a DRAM-less design that uses Host Memory Buffer, a slim graphene heatshield and an embedded thermal sensor. It works in PCs and in the PlayStation 5, where sequential reads reach up to 6,100MB/s.
