SSD Samsung PM893 7.68TB 2.5" SATA Enterprise

The Samsung PM893 is a data center and server SSD in a 2.5-inch form factor with a SATA 6Gb/s interface, so it can replace hard drives in existing storage systems without changing the infrastructure. The 7.68TB version is the largest capacity in the series and is built on Samsung V-NAND TLC memory with a Samsung Metis controller.

It reaches up to 550MB/s sequential read and 520MB/s sequential write, with random performance of up to 98,000 IOPS read and 30,000 IOPS write. End-to-end data protection, power loss protection and AES 256-bit hardware encryption keep data intact under mixed workloads.

Key features
