| Revew | TerraMaster F4-425 4-Bay NASThe TerraMaster F4-425 is a 4-bay network attached storage (NAS) unit for homes and small offices. It is built on a quad-core x86 Intel Celeron N5095 (2.0GHz, up to 2.9GHz) with a hardware encryption engine and a hardware transcoding engine, and 4GB of DDR4 memory that can be expanded to 16GB. A 2.5GbE port allows transfers of up to 280MB/s, and the four bays hold up to 120TB. TerraMaster's TOS operating system is managed from a browser or from the TNAS Mobile app, and includes automatic phone photo backup, local AI photo organization, media servers such as Plex and Emby, cloud sync, Docker and Surveillance Manager for IP cameras. The drive trays lock in without tools (Push-Lock), and the noise level is only 21dB(A).
