Kingston IronKey Keypad 200 USB-A 256GB Encrypted Flash Drive, Blue

The Kingston IronKey Keypad 200 is a hardware-encrypted flash drive with a built-in alphanumeric keypad for unlocking with a PIN code. The drive is unlocked on the device itself before it is plugged into a computer, so it does not depend on an operating system or software.

It is FIPS 140-3 Level 3 validated and uses XTS-AES 256-bit encryption. The circuitry is covered by a special epoxy, and the drive has protection against brute force and BadUSB attacks. A capacity of 256GB suits sensitive documents, backups and business data.

Key features

• Built-in PIN keypad - The alphanumeric PIN is entered directly on the drive, with no software, using a built-in rechargeable battery.
• XTS-AES 256-bit hardware encryption - Data is encrypted in hardware, and FIPS 140-3 Level 3 validation (certificate #5133) points to a high level of security.
• Admin and User PINs - Two PIN codes can be set, one for the admin and one for the user. Entering the admin PIN incorrectly 10 times in a row erases the data permanently and resets the drive.

• Read-only modes - A global read-only mode set by the admin, or a session-only mode set by the user, protects the drive from malware on untrusted computers.
• Waterproof and dustproof - IP68 certified, provided the drive is clean and dry before use.
• Performance and connection - USB 3.2 Gen 1 with read speeds of up to 145MB/s and write speeds of up to 115MB/s, and it is also compatible with USB 2.0.
