The SanDisk Extreme Go is a fast flash drive in a metal body, built to move large files quickly and keep them at hand even when you have no access to the cloud. The USB-A connector slides out of the body for use and back in when you are done.

This model has 128GB of storage, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, sequential reads of up to 395MB/s and sequential writes of up to 180MB/s. It is backward compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports.

Key features

• USB 3.2 Gen 1 speed - Sequential reads up to 395MB/s and writes up to 180MB/s on the 128GB model for quick transfers of photos, videos and large files.
• Metal body - A sleek and durable metal design suited to everyday carrying in a pocket or bag.
• Sliding connector - The USB-A connector slides out only when in use and retracts into the body, so it stays protected when the drive is unplugged.
• Password-protected folder - SanDisk SecureAccess software with 128-bit AES encryption keeps sensitive files in a locked vault (Windows 8/10 and macOS 10.9+).
• Recover deleted files - Includes a RescuePRO Deluxe data recovery software offer for accidentally deleted files (download required).
• Backward compatible - Works with USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.1 Gen 1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, so it also runs on computers with older USB ports.
