Mira MHDM730 Electric Hand Mixer

The Mira MHDM730 is an electric hand mixer that comes with a double mixing bowl, so you can use it by hand or rest it on the bowl and work with it as a stand mixer. It handles whipping, mixing and kneading for cakes, doughs, creams and batters, up to 2 liters or 1.2 kg of ingredients per run.

It has 6 speeds and a turbo mode, a quick-release button for the attachments and overheat protection. The beaters, dough hooks and inner bowl are dishwasher safe. To protect the motor, do not run it for more than 5 minutes at a time, and let it cool for an hour between runs.

Key features

• 6 speeds and turbo - Choose the speed to suit the texture and recipe, and turbo mode adds power for especially fast work.
• Hand or stand use - Use the mixer by hand for free movement, or rest it on the bowl for long, steady kneading and whipping.

• Double mixing bowl - An inner bowl and an outer bowl with a clear cover that prevents splashes and keeps the kitchen clean.
• Attachments for every task - A pair of beaters for whipping and mixing, a pair of dough hooks for dough and a spatula. A quick-release button makes changing attachments easy.

• Easy cleaning and safety - The beaters, dough hooks and inner bowl go in the dishwasher, and the other parts are cleaned by hand. Overheat protection keeps the appliance safe.
