HOBOT 2S Window Cleaning Robot

The HOBOT-2S is a window cleaning robot that holds onto the glass by suction and cleans it automatically. Two ultrasonic nozzles, one on each side, turn water into a 15 micrometer mist and spray it on the glass before wiping, so the window is left clean without water stains, using only about 1.4 ml of water per square meter.

The robot moves on two caterpillar treads at 12 cm per second, detects the window edges and cleans in a zigzag route, first horizontally and then vertically. The extended cleaning cloth reaches deep into the corners, and an edge-leakage sensor lets it work on frameless windows too. For safety it has a built-in UPS, a 4.5 m safety rope and a secured DC power connector.

• Dual ultrasonic spray - Two 108 kHz ultrasonic nozzles turn water or detergent into a 15 micrometer mist and spread it on the glass before wiping, like breathing on the glass before cleaning it by hand. The water tanks are replaceable.
• Strong suction and treads - A brushless DC motor and a centrifugal pump create 6 kg of suction that holds the robot on vertical surfaces, while 7 kg of ascending power lets it move up and down without skidding. An auto-adjustable pneumatic pad balances the force between the treads and the cleaning cloth.

• Deep corner cleaning - The 24 x 24 cm microfiber cloth extends into the window corners, and the edge-leakage sensor detects the window edge even on frameless glass. The robot works on glass of any thickness, on windows of 40 x 40 cm and larger.
• Smart cleaning route - AI Technology V4 detects the edges and cleans in a zigzag route, first horizontally and then vertically, with 3 automatic cleaning modes. The cleaning rate is about 2.4 minutes per square meter.

• UPS, safety rope and long cord - If the power goes out, the built-in backup battery keeps the robot on the window for up to 20 minutes and sounds an alert. The 4.5 m safety rope and the secured DC connector keep it in place, and the 5 m power cord lets you work far from the outlet.
• App, remote and voice prompts - Start it with one button, with the included remote control or with the HOBOT app for iOS and Android over Bluetooth. The robot reports its progress with voice prompts that you can replace with a sound of your choice, receives OTA firmware updates and sends a cleaning reminder every 3 months.
