Excel Cat6A FTP Low Profile Toolless Keystone Jack

The Excel 100-181 is a shielded Category 6A RJ45 keystone jack for patch panels, faceplates and outlet boxes. At just 28.3 mm deep it allows the cable to enter from several directions even in a standard depth back box.

Termination needs no punch-down tool: the conductors go into the wiring cap, which is then closed by hand. The die cast zinc alloy body provides 360 degree shielding against alien crosstalk, and the jack supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications.

Key features

• Low profile design - An overall depth of 28.3 mm allows multiple cable entry directions in a standard back box and works with flush or angled shutters at the outlet.
• Toolless termination - Conductors are laid into a dedicated wiring cap and closed by hand, with no punch-down tool. The cap is colour coded for T568A and T568B.
• 360 degree shielding - The die cast zinc alloy housing surrounds the jack completely and protects against alien crosstalk from adjacent cables.
• Cat6A performance - Supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet and carries third party ISO 11801 2nd Edition verification.
• Gold plated contacts - Nickel plated phosphor bronze RJ45 contacts with 50 micro-inch gold plating, rated for a minimum of 750 insertions.
