Phone Expansion Module AudioCodes EXPANSION_UNIT

The AudioCodes EXPANSION_UNIT is a sidecar with a 5-inch 480x854 colour touch screen for the C450HD and C455HD phones and the 450HD phone. It adds a second display that shows contacts and extensions on multiple pages together with each person's presence status, so users can call a colleague or add them to a call with one touch.

The unit uses the same user interface as the phone's main screen, and its sidecar keys are set up from the phone menu as speed dials with a name label. A dedicated stand with the same mounting mechanism as the phone is supplied. It suits receptionists, assistants and users who handle many calls, and is sold separately from the phone.
