| Revew | Omada ER703WP-4G-Outdoor 4G+ Cat6 AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Outdoor GatewayThe Omada ER703WP-4G-Outdoor is a TP-Link Omada gateway that combines 4G+ Cat6 cellular internet, AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 and three Gigabit PoE ports in one device. It is built for remote sites, construction sites, farms and outdoor camera systems, with automatic backup and load balancing between the 4G link and a wired WAN. The IP55 enclosure is UV-resistant and operates from -30°C to 60°C. The gateway can be powered by PoE or 12V DC, including from a solar power system, and it powers two IP cameras or access points through its PoE Out ports. It is managed through the free Omada Cloud Essentials, an Omada controller or the Omada app.
Key features- 4G+ Cat6 with wired backup - Up to 300Mbps downlink and 50Mbps uplink over a Nano SIM, with automatic backup and load balancing between 4G and Ethernet WAN.
- AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 - Up to 2402Mbps on 5GHz (HE160) and 574Mbps on 2.4GHz, with OFDMA, MU-MIMO, beamforming and up to 16 SSIDs.
- PoE In and PoE Out - Three Gigabit ports: one receives 802.3at/bt PoE power and two power IP cameras or access points. The gateway can also run on 12V DC.
- IP55 outdoor enclosure - A dust- and water-protected, UV-resistant housing with 4kV lightning protection, mounted on a wall or pole with the included kit.
- VPN and security - IPsec with up to 100 tunnels, OpenVPN, WireGuard, SSL VPN, L2TP, PPTP and GRE, plus DPI application control, URL filtering and DoS defense.
