Hardened PoE Switch DAHUA PFS3106-4ET-60

The DAHUA PFS3106-4ET-60 is a hardened unmanaged PoE switch for up to four cameras, designed for outdoor installations and harsh sites such as road junctions, car parks, infrastructure sites and substations. Four 10/100 Mbps RJ45 ports power the cameras, and the network link runs through a Gigabit RJ45 port or an SFP port for optical fibre.

The PoE budget is 60 W and the orange port supports Hi-PoE up to 60 W for a PTZ camera. The switch supports dual power input for backup, 250 m long-distance PoE and a PoE watchdog that restarts a frozen camera, and it operates from -30 °C to +65 °C.

• Copper or fibre uplink - Four 10/100 Mbps PoE ports, one 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 port and one 100/1000 Mbps SFP port for long-distance optical fibre.
• Hi-PoE up to 60 W - The orange port delivers up to 60 W for a PTZ camera or other high-draw device, in addition to IEEE 802.3af/at, within a 60 W total budget.
• Hardened for the field - Operates from -30 °C to +65 °C and 5% to 95% humidity, with 15 kV air ESD protection and 4 kV surge protection.
• Dual power input - Two power inputs for backup, so the switch keeps running when one power source fails.
• Intelligent PoE and watchdog - On overload the switch powers down ports one by one from the highest number, and the PoE watchdog detects a frozen device and restarts its port automatically.
• 250 m PoE - Data and power up to 250 m at up to 10 Mbps, and PoE over all eight wires to reduce cable loss.
