TP-Link TL-SG116P 16-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch with 16-Port PoE+

The TP-Link TL-SG116P is a desktop Gigabit switch with 16 RJ45 ports, each supporting PoE+ to IEEE 802.3af/at. It delivers data and power over the same cable and is especially suited to IP camera systems, access points and IP phones.

It is an unmanaged switch that works as soon as it is connected, with no configuration. Three mode buttons enable Extend Mode for power and data up to 250 m, Priority Mode for ports 1-4 and Isolation Mode for traffic separation. The metal case is fanless.

Key features

• 16 PoE+ ports - Up to 30W per port and a total budget of 120W. When consumption exceeds 120W, intelligent power management cuts lower-priority ports and keeps the important ports powered.
• Extend Mode up to 250 m - Ports 1-4 can carry power and data up to 250 m for cameras on large sites. In this mode the port speed drops to 10Mbps.
• Priority Mode and Isolation Mode - High priority for ports 1-4 to protect video and voice quality, and one-click traffic separation for better security and performance.
• PoE Auto Recovery - The switch detects a camera or access point that stopped responding and restarts it automatically, with no manual monitoring.
• Plug and Play - No configuration required. The switch supports 802.3x flow control, 802.1p/DSCP priority and IGMP Snooping.
• Silent metal case - A durable fanless metal case for desktop or wall mounting.
