| Revew | Teltonika TRB140 Industrial Cellular GatewayThe Teltonika TRB140 is a small, light and energy-efficient industrial cellular gateway that connects a single device or a small network to the internet over LTE Cat 4. It has a Gigabit Ethernet port, a digital input, a digital output and a Micro-USB port for management. It runs RutOS, an OpenWrt-based operating system with a firewall, a wide range of VPN protocols and industrial protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA and DNP3. The aluminium housing works from -40°C to 75°C, and the device can be managed remotely through the Teltonika RMS platform. 
Key features- LTE Cat 4 with 3G and 2G - A cellular modem with up to 150Mbps download and up to 50Mbps upload, plus 3G and 2G support. One Mini SIM slot and an SMA antenna connector.
- Gigabit Ethernet port - One RJ45 port at 10/100/1000Mbps. In Passthrough mode the gateway hands its mobile IP address to the connected device, and in Bridge mode it creates a direct link between the mobile ISP and the device.
- Security and VPN - Firewall, DDoS and port scan prevention, VLAN, web filter and access control. Supports OpenVPN, WireGuard, IPsec, GRE, PPTP, L2TP, DMVPN, SSTP, ZeroTier and Tinc.
- Industrial and IoT protocols - Modbus TCP client and server, MQTT, OPC UA, DNP3 and DLMS/COSEM, data to server and integration with platforms such as Azure IoT Hub and AWS IoT Core.
- Digital input and output - One digital input and one digital output (open collector, up to 30V and 300mA) on the power connector for triggering events, SMS or email alerts and remote control of equipment.
- Remote management, industrial build - Managed via WebUI, CLI, SSH, SNMP, TR-069, JSON-RPC and RMS, including remote firmware updates. Aluminium IP30 housing, 9-30V DC input and optional passive PoE power.
