Grandstream UCM6308 IP PBX

The Grandstream UCM6308 is a 1U rack-mount IP PBX from the UCM6300 series that unifies voice and video calls, web meetings, recording and intercom in one device. It supports up to 3000 users and up to 450 concurrent calls.

It works with the Wave app for desktop, web and mobile, the UCM RemoteConnect service for remote access and GDMS cloud management. It auto-provisions Grandstream endpoints and offers an API for third-party integration.

• Up to 3000 users and 450 concurrent calls - The IP PBX supports up to 3000 registered users and up to 450 concurrent G.711 calls, including up to 300 encrypted SRTP calls.
• Built-in meetings and video conferencing - A built-in meeting platform with up to 25 simultaneous public rooms and up to 300 participants, with up to 9 video feeds per room. Join from desktop, the Wave app, GVC devices and IP phones.
• 8 FXS and 8 FXO ports - Connect analog phones, fax machines and regular PSTN lines. All ports have lifeline capability in case of a power outage.
• Networking and remote work - Three Gigabit ports with PoE+ and NAT router mode. UCM RemoteConnect provides secure remote connections, and GDMS offers cloud management.
• Advanced security - Secure boot, a unique certificate and a random default password protect calls and accounts. SRTP, TLS and HTTPS encryption.
• Call center and integrations - Call queues with ACD, up to 64 layers of IVR, call recording and a full API for CRM and PMS integration.
