Fanvil PA2 SIP Paging and Intercom Gateway

The Fanvil PA2 is a compact SIP gateway that turns standard speakers, microphones and buttons into part of an IP telephony system. It is used for paging and intercom in buildings, offices, factories and institutions, supports two SIP lines and works with common IP PBX platforms such as Asterisk, 3CX, Broadsoft and Elastix.

Its small aluminum housing combines an amplifier for a passive speaker rated at 10W to 30W, a microphone input, a headset output, a built-in door relay and a recording output. A separate LAN port connects an IP camera for video calls and NVR recording, and the unit is powered by PoE or a DC supply.

• Two SIP lines - Supports SIP 2.0 (RFC3261) with two SIP accounts, auto answer, hands-free talk, dynamic multicast and Action URL remote control. The gateway works with common IP PBX systems.
• Built-in amplifier up to 30W - A 4Ω passive speaker output whose power depends on the supply voltage: 10W on PoE or 12V, 20W at 18V and 30W at 24V. Volume can be set with buttons or remotely.
• Video and IP cameras - A separate LAN port is reserved for an IP camera, and two RTSP streams allow video calls and recording on an NVR.
• Relay and emergency button - A built-in relay (up to DC30V/1A or AC125V/0.5A) opens a door or triggers external equipment, and a DSS key interface with indicator outputs supports an emergency call button.
• PoE or DC power - The gateway is powered by PoE 802.3af or a 12V to 24V supply and draws only 1.32W in standby on DC12V. The aluminum housing is designed for indoor installation inside a cabinet or box.
• Security and management - SRTP encryption, HTTP/HTTPS web management, VLAN, QoS, MD5 authentication and L2TP and OpenVPN support, with remote maintenance and upgrades.
