ATEN VK401 Room Booking System Access Inspector Card Reader

The ATEN VK401 Access Inspector is a compact card reader that attaches to the VK430 10.1-inch RBS panel or the VK330 touch panel and adds card-based user authentication to the ATEN meeting room booking system. It operates at 13.56MHz and reads Mifare and Felica cards to the ISO 14443A/B and ISO 15693 standards.

Once administrators create user profiles in ATEN Unizon, only authorized users can book, check in, lock or unlock a room by scanning a card. The system collects attendance and meeting duration data and sends periodic reports, and the reader connects to the panel through a pogo pin connector with no cables.
