Poly Blackwire C5210 USB-A Wired Headset

The Poly Blackwire C5210 is a wired single-ear headset from the Blackwire 5200 series, built for office work and contact centers. The other ear stays free, so you can hear your surroundings during a call.

Leatherette cushions over memory foam and a light metal headband provide comfort for hours. A noise-canceling microphone with DSP processing and Dynamic EQ improve voice quality, and the in-line call controls include indicator lights.

Key features

• Single-ear design - The mono style leaves one ear free to hear the surroundings, which suits employees who also need to hear the office.
• Noise-canceling microphone - A microphone on a boom that rotates 280 degrees, with DSP processing for wideband PC audio and a more natural voice.
• Dynamic EQ and SoundGuard - Dynamic EQ optimizes voice on calls and adjusts automatically for listening to music. SoundGuard Digital limits sounds above 118 dBA to protect against acoustic shock (requires the Poly Lens app).
• In-line controls - Buttons for answering and ending calls, mute and volume, with indicator lights for call, mute and volume status.
• Comfort and portability - Leatherette cushions over memory foam and a light cushioned metal headband. The headset folds for carrying in the case.
