| Revew | SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wired Gaming HeadsetThe SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wired is the flagship wired headset of the Arctis Nova series, in its PC and PlayStation version. The Nova Pro Acoustic System with Hi-Res Audio certified 40 mm drivers delivers detailed sound across a 10 to 40,000Hz range. The headset connects through the GameDAC Gen 2, a desktop control unit with an ESS Sabre DAC at 96kHz/24-bit, an equalizer and ChatMix. The unit has two USB-C inputs, so you can connect a PC and a console at the same time and switch between them with a button.
Key features- Nova Pro Acoustic System - Premium High Fidelity 40 mm neodymium drivers with a 10 to 40,000Hz frequency response and Hi-Res Audio certification deliver clean and accurate sound.
- GameDAC Gen 2 - An ESS Sabre Quad-DAC with a 111dB signal-to-noise ratio plays audio at 96kHz/24-bit. The unit gives you a 10-band equalizer and ChatMix to balance game audio against team chat.
- Multi-System Connect - Two USB-C inputs on the GameDAC let you connect two systems at once, for example a PC and a PlayStation, and switch between them at the press of a button.
- 360° Spatial Audio - SteelSeries Sonar software adds 360° spatial audio and a pro-grade parametric EQ. The headset is also compatible with Microsoft Spatial Sound and Tempest 3D Audio on PS5.
- ClearCast Gen 2 microphone - The bidirectional noise-canceling microphone reduces noise by 25dB and retracts fully into the earcup when not in use. On Windows 10/11, Sonar adds AI noise cancellation that removes sounds such as keyboard typing.
- Removable magnetic plates - The outer ear plates attach magnetically and can be removed. Two plates are included in the box.
