DAHUA HAC-HDBW1200EP-S5 2MP HDCVI 2.8mm Dome Camera

The Dahua HAC-HDBW1200EP-S5 is a Lite series HDCVI dome camera that transmits 1080p video over coaxial cable. It is a good way to upgrade an existing analog system without replacing the cabling, and connects to a compatible recorder (XVR).

The camera uses a 1/2.7 inch CMOS sensor and a fixed 2.8 mm lens with a 101° horizontal field of view, and Smart IR lights up to 30 m in the dark. The plastic dome with a metal upper casing and pedestal is rated IP67 and IK10, and the camera runs on 12V DC at temperatures from -40°C to +60°C.

Key features

• Full HD over coax - HDCVI technology transmits 1080p video in real time over coaxial cable, with no network setup required.
• Four formats from one output - One BNC port with a choice of CVI, TVI, AHD or CVBS output, so the camera fits a wide range of recorders.
• Wide view - A 2.8 mm lens with a 119° diagonal and 101° horizontal field of view for wide coverage of rooms, entrances and corridors.
• Night vision with Smart IR - 12 IR LEDs reach up to 30 m, and Smart IR adjusts the intensity to avoid overexposure as objects come closer. An ICR filter switches between day and night automatically.
• Water and impact resistant - IP67 protection against water and dust, IK10 impact resistance, an operating range of -40°C to +60°C and ±30% input voltage tolerance.
• Clear image in difficult light - BLC, HLC and DWDR balance bright and dark areas, and 2D NR reduces noise. The OSD menu in 11 languages covers image settings, privacy masking and motion detection.
