The Dahua NVR4116HS-EI is a compact WizSense network video recorder, only 260 mm wide, that records up to 16 IP cameras at up to 16MP. Its 256 Mbps bandwidth handles continuous recording from 4K cameras, making it a good fit for businesses that want 16 cameras in a small box.

The recorder runs its own AI analytics: face detection and recognition on 1 channel, perimeter protection (tripwire and intrusion) on 2 channels and SMD Plus on 4 channels, filtering false alarms from animals, leaves and lighting changes. You can watch live and recorded video on a monitor via 4K HDMI or VGA, in a web browser or in the mobile app; the hard drive is sold separately.
