SODIMM Memory Samsung M471B5273EB0-CK0

The Samsung M471B5273EB0-CK0 is a 4GB unbuffered 204-pin SO-DIMM built with 16 Samsung 2Gb DDR3 chips (E-die) in two ranks (2Rx8). The CK0 code stands for DDR3-1600 with 11-11-11 timings. The module is used and has been tested in our lab.

This is memory for laptops, mini PCs and all-in-one computers with a DDR3 SO-DIMM slot. It is a good choice for replacing a failed module or adding 4GB to an existing laptop, for example to reach 8GB in dual channel.

It runs at the standard DDR3 voltage of 1.5V and is backward compatible with DDR3-1333 (9-9-9) and DDR3-1066 (7-7-7), so it also works in older computers with slower memory. The chips are in lead-free and halogen-free FBGA packages and the module is RoHS compliant.

• Environment-friendly build - 78FBGA packages that are lead-free and halogen-free, RoHS compliant.
