SODIMM Memory Sk Hynix HMT351S6BFR8C-H9

The SK hynix HMT351S6BFR8C-H9 is a 4GB unbuffered SO-DIMM memory module built with SK hynix DDR3 devices. It runs at DDR3-1333 (PC3-10600S) with 9-9-9 timings, in a dual-rank 2Rx8 configuration at 1.5V.

According to SK hynix, the module is intended as main memory in laptops. It suits a memory upgrade in an older laptop, for example from 4GB to 8GB with two modules, or replacing a failed module. It is used and has been tested in our lab.

This is standard 1.5V DDR3, not DDR3L. Most DDR3 laptops support it, but some newer models accept only 1.35V DDR3L, so check your computer's specifications. The module also supports the lower PC3-8500 and PC3-6400 speeds.
