This unit is used and has been lab-tested. According to the SK hynix datasheet the module is built from 16 2Gb DDR3 chips (H5TQ2G83CFR) in two ranks, runs at 1.5V and supports On Die Termination. The module fits a laptop, all-in-one or mini PC with a DDR3 SO-DIMM slot. Adding 4GB to a computer short on memory makes working with several programs and browser tabs smoother, and a module identical to the installed one enables dual-channel operation. Before ordering, make sure the computer supports DDR3 at 1.5V.
