The Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 SUB-ZERO (MLZ-D36M-A19PK-12) is an unusual all-in-one liquid cooler: its water block houses a thermoelectric TEC unit that cools the processor below ambient temperature, controlled by Intel Cryo Cooling Technology, a combination of hardware, software and firmware developed with Intel.

It is aimed at overclockers, gamers and content creators with an Intel LGA1200 processor (Intel Core 10th and 11th gen) who want higher frequencies at lower voltages. Please note: according to the manufacturer the only supported socket is LGA1200, and total system power consumption reaches 250 W.

Next to the TEC you get a 360mm aluminum radiator with three 120mm fans, a separate 2nd generation pump and temperature and dew point sensors that guard against condensation. The fans come pre-installed on the radiator. Surplus stock: new, open box.

Key features

• Sub-ambient cooling with TEC - A 52x52mm thermoelectric (TEC) unit built into the water block cools the CPU below ambient temperature and creates the conditions for low core count overclocking that a standard liquid cooler cannot reach.
• Intel Cryo Cooling and Cryo-Clocking - The cooler is exclusively powered by Intel Cryo Cooling Technology with a simple interface to control sub-ambient cooling. Cold silicon reaches higher frequencies at lower voltages; the overclock itself is set in the BIOS or with Intel XTU software.
• Recommended installation, ready out of the box - Cooler Master recommends mounting the 360mm radiator at the top of the case and the pump at the front. The fans are pre-installed on the radiator and the pump bracket comes pre-attached.

• Condensation protection - The water block circuit board carries temperature and dew point sensors that report temperature and humidity to the system, and a seal protects against condensation and external elements while keeping performance steady.
• 2nd generation pump - A DIY-style pump with a high performance motor and an enhanced impeller delivers higher liquid flow to carry away the heat produced by the TEC.
• 360mm radiator with three fans - Aluminum radiator 394 x 119.6 x 27.2 mm with three 120mm PWM fans: 650-1900 RPM, up to 59 CFM, up to 2.0 mmH2O static pressure and 8-26 dBA.

• Status LED - An LED indicator shows the operating state: red - offline, blue - on, green - Cryo mode, purple - unregulated.
