IPPON MCIO X8 to 8xSATA 50cm Data

The IPPON CST-MS708 is a breakout cable that connects an MCIO X8 port on a server or workstation motherboard to eight SATA drives. One end has a straight MCIO X8 connector, and the other end has eight separate SATA III data connectors.

Each SATA connector has a metal locking latch, and every branch is labeled with a channel number, so it is easy to see which drive is on which channel. To use the cable, the MCIO port on the board must support SATA drives.
