Platform & chipset

The board is built around the AMD AM5 socket paired with the B850 chipset and supports Ryzen processors across the 7000, 8000 and 9000 generations. A digital 12+2+2 phase VRM keeps power delivery steady even with high core-count chips, while the X3D Turbo Mode is geared toward unlocking current-generation gaming performance.

Memory & expansion

Four DIMM slots handle dual-channel DDR5 with AMD EXPO profiles, and the manufacturer notes very high memory frequencies are reachable through overclocking.
