The B650E EAGLE is an ATX board for the AMD AM5 platform that brings PCIe 5.0 support to both graphics and storage in an accessible package. Aimed at Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 processors, it combines steady power delivery, fast storage and improved cooling into a well-balanced PC foundation.

Platform & chipset

The board is built on the AM5 socket and the B650E chipset, supporting current Ryzen CPUs. Thanks to the E chipset it offers a PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot alongside PCIe support for the graphics card, letting you take advantage of the latest generation of fast components. The EZ-Latch Plus mechanism enables quick, screwless release of the PCIe slots.

Memory & expansion

Four dual-channel DDR5 slots support AMD EXPO and Intel XMP modules, so it is easy to enable ready-made acceleration profiles. The storage array provides one PCIe 5.0 slot and two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, leaving plenty of room for several fast NVMe drives side by side.

Power, cooling & connectivity

An 8+2+2 phase digital VRM delivers voltage stability to the processor, and an advanced thermal design with an M.2 Thermal Guard keeps temperatures down even under load. Connectivity includes 2.5GbE wired networking, DisplayPort and HDMI outputs, and a rear USB port at 10Gb/s. The Q-Flash Plus button allows BIOS updates even without a CPU or memory installed.
