The MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI6E is an ATX gaming motherboard for socket AM5 built on the AMD B850 chipset and optimized for AMD Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 processors. It has 4 DDR5 slots for up to 256GB with AMD EXPO and overclocked speeds up to 8200+ MT/s, a PCIe 4.0 x16 graphics slot, 2 M.2 slots (one of them PCIe 5.0 x4) and 4 SATA ports.

The board comes in a white and silver design with a 12+2+1 Duet Rail power system, extended heatsinks and a 6-layer PCB with 2oz copper. Connectivity includes Realtek 2.5G LAN, a Wi-Fi 6E module with Bluetooth 5.3, a front USB Type-C header and HDMI and DisplayPort outputs, while the pre-installed I/O shield, EZ M.2 Shield Frozr II and EZ PCIe Clip II make the build easier.
