The Gigabyte Z890 AORUS XTREME AI TOP is an E-ATX motherboard from the AORUS series, built on the Intel Z890 chipset for Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors in the LGA1851 socket. It is part of the GIGABYTE AI TOP platform for training AI models locally, and it also suits workstations, content creation and top-tier gaming.

The board offers a 22+1+2 phase digital VRM, four DDR5 slots with CUDIMM support and speeds up to 9500MT/s (OC), two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots for multiple graphics cards and four M.2 slots. For connectivity it has two Thunderbolt 5 ports, a front Thunderbolt 4 connector, dual 10GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, plus ESS audio with a bundled ESSential USB DAC.
