The Samsung M321R4GA3EB0-CWM is a 288-pin RDIMM memory module for servers and workstations, with 32GB of DDR5. It runs at 5600MT/s (PC5-44800) with ECC protection and a register.

It is built in a dual rank x8 organization and runs at 1.1V. RDIMM modules fit only motherboards and servers that support DDR5 RDIMM, and do not work in ordinary desktop computers.
