The Samsung M391A1K43BB2-CTD is an 8GB DDR4 ECC UDIMM, an unbuffered memory module with error correction. It runs at 2666 MT/s (PC4-21300) on 1.2V and is organized as 1Rx8.

It is meant for small server and workstation motherboards that support unbuffered ECC memory. It does not work in servers that require RDIMM, and RDIMM and UDIMM modules cannot be mixed in the same system.
