CREALITY Falcon2 40W Laser Engraver and Cutter

The CREALITY Falcon2 40W is an open-frame diode laser for engraving and cutting, built for makers, workshops and small businesses. FAC spot compression combines eight 5.5W diodes into 40W of optical power, which cuts 20 mm wood and 30 mm black acrylic in a single pass and enables colorful engraving on stainless steel.

The machine works at up to 25000 mm/min with 0.0125 mm motion accuracy, has automatic air assist, three monitoring systems and five safety protections, and supports LightBurn, LaserGRBL and Falcon Design Space. It ships disassembled and needs initial assembly.

• 40W with FAC technology - Eight 5.5W laser diodes combine into 40W of optical power. In one pass: 20 mm wood, 30 mm black acrylic and 0.15 mm stainless steel.
• Color engraving on stainless steel - The laser heats the metal surface and produces a range of colors on it, so you can engrave colorful patterns on stainless steel.
• Adjustable beam and air assist - One head for two uses without swapping modules. The integrated air assist adjusts automatically from LightBurn and keeps cuts clean instead of charred.
• 25000 mm/min - Working speed of up to 25000 mm/min and 0.0125 mm motion accuracy on an aluminium alloy frame with an integrated rail and durable wheels.
• Safety and monitoring - Limit switches, automatic stop on tilt, flip or drop, a security lock, an emergency stop button and a laser protective cover. Airflow, lens and flame monitoring.
• Offline work - Insert a TF card and start working, with preview and positioning directly from the machine panel. Eight riser sections let you engrave taller objects.
