| Revew | HOBOT 388 Window Cleaning RobotThe HOBOT-388 is a window cleaning robot that holds onto the glass by suction and cleans it automatically. Its ultrasonic nozzle turns water into a 15 micrometer mist and sprays it evenly on the glass, while two cleaning wheels covered with microfiber cloths wipe the surface with a rotating motion. The robot plans its own cleaning route, detects the window edges and stops when the job is done. It works on glass of any thickness, as well as on shower enclosures, railings and other smooth surfaces. For safety it has a built-in UPS, a safety rope and a secured power connector. 
Key features- Ultrasonic water spray - An ultrasonic nozzle turns water or detergent into a fine 15 micrometer mist and spreads it evenly on the glass to dissolve dust and leave the window clean without water marks.
- Two rotating cleaning wheels - Instead of drive treads, the robot moves on two microfiber-covered cleaning wheels that spin at up to 70 rpm and imitate a wiping hand motion.
- Smart cleaning route - AI technology plans a zigzag route, detects the window edges and stops the robot when cleaning is complete. There are three automatic cleaning modes and a cleaning rate of about 4 minutes per square meter.
- Strong suction and BLDC motor - A brushless motor and a metal fan create steady negative pressure that keeps the robot on the glass, even on slightly rough surfaces. A high-sensitivity pressure sensor and an anti-falling algorithm monitor the grip.
- UPS and safety rope - If the power goes out, the built-in backup battery keeps the robot attached to the window for up to 20 minutes and sounds an alert. The 4.5 m safety rope withstands up to 200 kg of tension.
- Remote and app control - Start it with a single button, with the included remote control or with the HOBOT app for iOS and Android over Bluetooth. The 4 m power cord lets you clean windows far from the outlet.
