Phone Extension Module Grandstream GBX20

The Grandstream GBX20 is an extension module that adds extension and contact keys with a color screen to a Grandstream IP phone. Its 4.3-inch screen has 20 keys per page and two pages, so one module shows up to 40 contacts with real-time busy or idle status.

The module works with the GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650 and GRP2670 phones and the GXV3350 and GXV3450 video phones. Up to four modules can be connected to one phone for up to 160 contacts, a convenient solution for receptionists and operators handling a high volume of calls.

• 4.3-inch color screen - A 480x272 TFT color screen clearly shows contact names and extension status, with an LED next to each key.
• 40 contacts per module - 20 keys per page and two pages per module, for up to 40 extensions or contacts on a single module.
• Up to 4 modules - Up to four modules can be daisy-chained to one phone for up to 160 contacts. A single module is powered by the phone; two or more modules require a 12V power supply.
• Reception features - BLF, call park and pickup, speed dial, presence, intercom, conferencing, transfer and forwarding for handling high call volumes at reception.
• Grandstream phone compatibility - Works with the GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650 and GRP2670 phones and the GXV3350 and GXV3450 video phones. Firmware is updated through the host phone.
