Wireless modem router TP-Link Archer VR400 Color:black

TP-Link Archer VR400 AC1200 VDSL/ADSL Modem Router

The TP-Link Archer VR400 combines a VDSL/ADSL modem and a wireless router in one box. The modem supports VDSL2 up to profile 17a with vectoring, with VDSL speeds of up to 100Mbps, as well as ADSL2+, ADSL2 and ADSL. The wireless network runs on two bands: up to 867Mbps on 5GHz and up to 300Mbps on 2.4GHz, with MU-MIMO and Beamforming.

A Gigabit LAN/WAN port also lets it work with a cable or fibre modem, and the USB 2.0 port supports a 3G/4G dongle as a backup. The router supports TP-Link OneMesh for a mesh network with compatible range extenders and is managed through the web interface or the Tether app.

Key features

• Dual-band AC1200 Wi-Fi - Up to 867Mbps on 5GHz and up to 300Mbps on 2.4GHz, with two separate networks that reduce interference.
• Built-in VDSL/ADSL modem - VDSL2 up to profile 17a with vectoring and G.INP, plus full ADSL2+, ADSL2 and ADSL support, so no separate modem is needed.
• Backup connectivity - A Gigabit LAN/WAN port for fibre or cable, and a USB 2.0 port for a 3G/4G dongle as backup.
• MU-MIMO and Beamforming - The router serves several devices at once and focuses the signal towards them through two fixed external antennas.
• OneMesh - Add a OneMesh range extender to create one network with a single name across the whole home.
• Management and security - Tether app, parental controls, guest networks on both bands, SPI firewall, VPN and IPv6 support.
