| Revew | 5G Cellular Router Teltonika RUTM30The Teltonika RUTM30 is a compact cellular router that brings 5G connectivity to data-intensive IoT and M2M applications. Its modem supports 5G SA and NSA networks with download speeds of up to 3.4Gbps and falls back to LTE Cat 19 or 3G where 5G is not available. It has two SIM slots plus an SGP.22 eSIM with automatic operator failover, 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports (WAN and LAN) and dual-band Wi-Fi 5 with mesh and fast roaming. Power input is wide, 9 to 50V DC or passive PoE, the aluminium housing operates from -40°C to 75°C, and management is handled through RutOS and the RMS cloud platform.
Key features- 5G SA and NSA - Release 16 5G modem with 4x4 MIMO, up to 3.4Gbps download and 900Mbps upload, with LTE Cat 19 fallback up to 1.6Gbps.
- Dual SIM and eSIM - 2 Mini SIM slots and an eSIM with up to 7 profiles, switching automatically on weak signal, data limit or connection loss.
- Wi-Fi 5 and Ethernet - Dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi up to 867Mbps for up to 150 users, plus 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports with VLAN support.
- Built for industry - Aluminium housing, 9 to 50V DC input with reverse polarity protection, passive PoE and two digital I/Os on the power connector.
- VPN and remote management - RutOS with OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard and Tailscale, Modbus and MQTT protocols, and centralised management through RMS.
