AMD EPYC 9454 Processor

The AMD EPYC 9454 is a 4th generation EPYC server processor (9004 Series) built on the Zen 4 architecture in a 5nm process. It has 48 cores and 96 threads, 256MB of L3 cache, a 2.75GHz base clock and boost up to 3.8GHz.

The processor uses the SP5 platform and supports single- and dual-socket servers. Twelve channels of DDR5-4800 memory and 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes make it a good fit for virtualization, databases, analytics and enterprise applications.

• 128 PCIe 5.0 lanes - Enough lanes for fast network cards, NVMe drives and accelerators without giving up connectivity.
• Configurable power - A default TDP of 290W with a configurable TDP (cTDP) range of 240-300W to match the server design.
• Security and platform - AMD Infinity Guard security features and AMD Infinity Architecture. The processor fits SP5 server boards in 1P or 2P configurations.
