The Intel Core i5 10400F is a 10th Gen Intel desktop processor (code name Comet Lake) for the LGA1200 socket, with 6 cores and 12 threads thanks to Hyper-Threading, a 2.9GHz base clock, up to 4.3GHz turbo and 12MB of cache. It is a cost-effective choice for a budget gaming PC or a workstation with a graphics card.

The F suffix means the processor has no integrated graphics, so a separate graphics card is required. It supports DDR4-2666 memory up to 128GB and 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes, and TDP is 65W. The tray version comes without a box and without a cooler.
